Thank you for shopping at the Triumph Mobility Online Store. We are committed to customer satisfaction with a Risk Free 30-day free return policy.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products purchased at the Triumph Mobility Online Store can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item you are returning is defective or if you received the wrong item due to our error.

Return Process

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, and in its original package.

To return an item, contact us at 1.866.225.3059, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, or via email to: customercare@triumphmobility.com.  Please have your original order number ready.

Our customer service representative will provide you with a quote for the return shipping and instructions on the easiest way to arrange shipping for your item return.

Upon agreement, our customer service representative will issue you a return authorization number (RA#) and email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print and place on the carton for return shipping. Once the item has been received, it will be assessed, and a refund issued for the original price of the product, minus the cost of your return shipping.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be completed depending on your credit card issuer’s policy.
