2026 marks Dale’s 25th year in the home healthcare industry. He began his career as a territory sales representative covering half of Alberta for one of the largest home healthcare retailers, tripling their sales within three years. He then became one of the top 10 managers for Canada’s largest home healthcare store chain. After several years, he transitioned to manufacturer’s representative positions, which ultimately led him to launch his own company in 2019. Dale secured partnerships with top-rated manufacturers and now leverages his experience and expertise to operate one of the highest-performing agencies in Western Canada.
